Safety Tips: Wet Tiles

Going by the modern trend, virtually every home's flooring is done with tiles of different materials and design. And some are more slippery than others. The bottom line is when you are living in a house that is built with tiles; it is the responsibility of everyone in the home to make sure others are protected from the risks of slips and falls by avoiding or preventing the following:

Clean up all spillages immediately. Use a cleaning agent if required. If the floor is wet, use appropriate signs to tell everyone around the home that the floor is still wet and that extra care is needed. Alternatively, use another route until the spillage or wetness is gone.
