Court rejects Badeh’s bail request

A Federal High Court in Abuja today March, 4^th, 2016, rejected the bail request filed by former Chief of Defence Staff, Alex Badeh. Badeh is being detained by the EFCC over charges of diverting N3.9billion Nigeria Airforce Funds while he was in office. He was detained by EFCC operatives on February 8^th, 2016. Badeh will be prosecuted on March 7^th, 2016.
