Osita Okechukwu says the Federal Government cannot intervene in Saraki's trial

Osita Okechukwu, the South East spokesperson of APC, during a meeting with journalists at the national secretariat in Abuja on April 12, 2016, said that the Federal Government under President Muhammadu Buhari cannot arbitrate in the on-going trial of the Senate President, Bukola Saraki. He said this is because they cannot prosecute and defend him at the same time, asking for due process to take place without the FG's intervention.
